Now we feel we can reveal the origins of this much beloved song. In 2011 the fledgling Swash Docs, just barely out of the nest, knew they needed to print t shirts and get that merch revenue stream rolling. Lacking the funds to get shirts printed professionally, the band decided that only affordable way to make shirts was to buy cheap, poorly sized plain white shirts, and some spray paint, and create some stencils and do it themselves. Steven and John and Jeno proceeded to paint the shirts in the poorly-ventilated garage at the legendary Impala St. house, and well, you can see where this is going. The fumes! The light asphyxiation! The, well, Euphoria! Man those shirts were terrible. But the resulting song, really the band's first original composition of any consequence, was worth the dead brain cells.
