A very silly song from our 2017 album "Rescue the Universe". The working title of the song was originally "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter", but once we discovered someone made a movie with the EXACT SAME TITLE (seriously, what are the odds?) Slush stayed up all night and rewrote the song as an essay of the importance of the Monroe Doctrine. We don't think Slush did very well in history class, but it sure makes for a gripping yarn, doesn't it? Enjoy this spirited live performance, and all the rest of the songs on Live From Drew's House!
